SolaDyne Capital (SDC) is a hybrid engineering–finance firm that structures, develops, implements, and syndicates units in an energy efficiency retrofit / renewable energy system for institutional, corporate and government user clients; the projects generate revenue by capturing the user clients' existing utility costs through the energy saved and generated by the system.

Our cutting edge engineering team consists of industry leaders including: The Rocky Mountain Institute, (RMI) Johnson Controls (JCI), IBE Consulting Engineers (IBE), and Quantum Energy Services and Technologies, Inc (QuEST) as well as several renowned sustainable energy partners.

Through our strategic relationships with some of the leading global providers of commercial real estate services, SDC reviews portfolios of commercial real estate for assets with large savings potential as well as long-term tenants with guaranteed lease structures to engage. In collaboration with building ownership and tenants, SDC will undertake an in-depth engineering and financial due diligence process, documenting the economic and practical feasibility of each potential project.

SDC Projects are composed of three distinct areas: Energy Efficiency Retrofit; Sustainable Power Plant; Energy Information System. This combination reduces energy consumption, provides for the residual energy requirement, and also generates the ‘data stream’ accounting necessary to document the savings created and to ensure plant performance.
