Developed through QuEST, SDC's EIS is a finely-tuned refinement and expansion of existing tracking and dashboard technology beyond the base building, to include metered tenant plug and lighting loads, allowing component level tracking of the utility bill.  Our data-reporting platform provides the mechanism for capitalization of savings generated by our Projects.
